WHAT TO BUY NEXT

Here in Australia it has slowly started to get cooler as we head into winter, so of course that means its time to stock up on some coats. Sydney is surprising cold in winter and seems to get colder each year. I'm also thinking about going to the Thredbo to ski for a a couple of days when snow season kicks in, so a thick warm coat will come in handy.

Here i have picked out my 3 current favourites, this winter everyone needs a Shearling Aviator coat with cool buckle details, A soft faux fur coat to dress up a pair of mum jeans, an embroidered bomber jacket and a Teddy bear/shearling jacket in camel or black.
Luckily i still have my beloved leather coat and grey tailored coat that i purchased last year which I will be bringing out of storage.
I always live by the rule that you should invest in timeless pieces like a great leather jacket and a tailored long coat in black and grey. When it comes to pieces that i feel might date and are fast fashion pieces i choose to spend as little money as possible. Zara, H&M, Asos, Glassons and Misguided are perfect for cheap trendy items.

BASKET BAG

How cute is this bag that my friend brought back for me from Bali?!
I've seen these exact bags all over instagram selling for $100 meanwhile in Bali this bag will only cost you $25! It always makes me want to cry about the money i waste since everything is so expensive in Australia.

LACE UP

I finally found the perfect lace up heels that i'll be teaming with my new Shona Joy dress (have a look here) for my graduation at the end of october. I also bought a C/MEO Collective skirt (here) as another option but mainly just because i loved it. You really can never have too many options or black dresses it seems in my case..

QUILTED

I never i repeat never, thought i would ever own or let alone want a puffer jacket, I always thought they were hideous and reserved for sports fans. But once upon a time i remember when skinny jeans were a horrifying idea (You can't wear anything other than bootlegs right?!). Things change and as soon as i saw this country Road quilted parka i had to have it, the fact that it felt like a cloud was a winner but the gold hardware just sold me. You really can't go wrong with black and gold its timeless and makes anything look good, even a puffer jacket apparently.

BUCKET BAG

A girl can never really have too many bags...
I've been lusting over the blogger favourite Mansur Gavriel bucket bag for some time but i didn't have a spare grand lying around. So when i saw an look-a-like in Seed Heritage I just had to get it.
The perfect accessory was of course this fluffy pom pom from Witchery that was a gift for my birthday from my lovely friend.

LINES

When it comes to jewellery i like it simple, dainty and gold.
I've had my eye on many pieces in the Tiffany and Co 'Tiffany T' collection but couldn't bring myself to drop that much money on a ring when i could put it towards another couple nights in Paris. Its all about priorities right?
So when I saw this very reminiscent ring in Sportsgirl i had to get it.

HARDWARE

I have an addiction to black bags with gold hardware, there is something effortlessly chic about black and gold. I got this one from sportsgirl, its a great size for going out to lunch with the girls because its small but big enough to fit all my essentials.

PEARLS

You may recognise the Dior pearl earrings that have graced the ears of Emma Watson, Jennifer Lawrence and countless bloggers. I wasn't sure how i felt about them at first (two earrings in one, what is this sorcery?) But as with most trends (Birkenstocks, boyfriend jeans) I soon came to like them. I wasn't convinced enough however to fork out the money for a pair of Dior's, but i did come across this replica pair from Sportsgirl that are good enough to tide me by.
